The story
The Dreamleap Annual Mentorship Program is the backbone of everything we do. For 12 months, 50 carefully matched students are connected with 50 industry mentors for bi-weekly sessions, goal-setting workshops, and career mapping.
In 2024, 87% of mentorship graduates either secured internships or improved their academic performance by more than 15%. Three students joined Fortune 500 companies directly through mentor referrals.
The 2026 fund covers program management, mentor onboarding, session infrastructure, student stipends for transport, and impact tracking technology. Contributions at any level are deeply valued.
All donations above ₹5,000 receive a named acknowledgement in our Annual Impact Report 2026.
